The rehab is moving full speed ahead, and things are gearing up to hit the market! There’s a lot of activity happening over the next two days, and photos will be taken and sent by Monday. The plan is clear—staging is set for 3/24, followed by a final clean on 3/25. The listing will go live on 3/26, with an exciting Open House scheduled for Sunday, 3/30. Everything is on track, and no major issues or delays have popped up. Photos will be sent soon for sharing with the PML.

The property rehab is nearing completion, with an open house planned for March 23, 2025. Progress remains steady, and no significant issues or delays are expected. The project is slightly over budget but within a manageable range. Photos have been sent to Ralf for review and sharing with the PML. Everything is on track for a successful outcome.

The general contractor is expected to complete the work within the next 2-3 weeks. Once finished, painting will be scheduled to finalize the project. All inspections have been successfully passed, and the contractor is now focused on completing the finished work. The project remains within budget, and sufficient assets are available to cover any potential overages if needed. Progress continued over the weekend with the crew working on Saturday. A meeting is scheduled at the property on Monday, and photos will be shared afterward to showcase the latest updates.

A lot of great progress at the house. Landscaping is complete, and the new garage door is installed. The new cabinets, including those for the island, are also in place.

So far, cabinets and countertops have been installed, and appliances are scheduled to be put in tomorrow. The vanities are completed, and the kitchen should be finished by tomorrow. There are currently no issues or delays with the rehab. The next significant action will be to prepare to list the property. However, he anticipates being over budget by approximately $1,000. Additionally, he will send photos to both Ralf’s email and phone number to share with the PML.

He had done a lot on the outside. They have cleared the backyard to get it ready for the landscaping crew. In the inside they have torn out the flooring, old bath room, kitchen, and all the carpet. He said that at the end of the month the landscapers will be going in to finish the outside. They are expecting the cabinets to arrive by the beginning of next month (already ordered). They are waiting on permits to get some work started but they feel they should have that by the end of next week. They haven’t found anything out of the ordinary and at the present time they are not expecting delays with the rehab. They also added a new garage door.
