The property rehab is progressing as planned, with 75% of the scope of work already completed and the remaining tasks on track for completion by February. The project is staying within budget, and the next significant step involves finishing touches to the assigned scope. A minor issue arose with the lead inspection, which is being addressed. Photos for the PML will be provided later, as only videos are currently available. Discussions with the realtor regarding marketing the property or retaining it are ongoing. The overall outlook is positive and on schedule.

The project is progressing well with several key tasks completed, including demolition, roofing, drywall installation, painting, electrical work, rough plumbing, and painting of interior doors. The interior trim work is also in progress. The HVAC ductwork has been completed, and work will soon begin on replacing the unit in the basement. The bathroom is still being finished, and attention is now focused on the kitchen.
