Great progress on the rehab! The drywall is complete, cabinetry is being installed, and electrical work is wrapped up. Another draw has just been completed, keeping everything on track. No pending permits or inspections, and with the current pace, completion is expected within the next month. The next big step is getting it listed on the market! Updated photos will be shared over the weekend.
