Great progress has been made with flooring, bathrooms, and drywall are all finished, and things are on track for a full completion around May 3rd or 4th. After a short three-week pause due to permit delays, the crew is back on site and moving along smoothly. The project’s staying within budget, with $11,000 already received and another draw of $14,000 submitted. All inspections — building, electrical, and plumbing — have passed, and fresh photos are set to be taken this weekend to show off the progress. A realtor has already stopped by to check out the work and photos, helping to fine-tune the listing strategy, pricing, and staging plans. And if the property takes a little longer to sell, a refinancing option is ready as a backup plan, keeping everything on track and flexible.

The rehab is progressing smoothly and everything is going as planned! The property is right on track, and there’s a lot of momentum building. Completion is expected in about 30 days, and the draw inspector visited yesterday to capture some great progress shots. No issues or delays have popped up so far, which is fantastic news. The next big step is just around the corner, and photos will be sent soon for sharing with the PML.
