Great news on the Northbrown rehab — everything’s coming together beautifully! the projected completion date is set for 4/25/25, but with how smoothly things are moving, it’s looking like it might wrap up even sooner.

The borrower took the extra step of organizing all the updates in Google Drive, making it super simple to stay in the loop. Two neatly arranged folders are ready to go: one with overall progress and another with photos sorted by date.

Great progress on the rehab so far! Most of the siding is complete, along with the master bathroom, HVAC repairs, a new water heater, and the majority of the kitchen cabinets—bringing the project to about 30% completion. No permits or inspections are holding things up, keeping everything on schedule. With an estimated three weeks left, the finish line is in sight. Next big step is getting the property listed on the market. Photos will be shared soon to showcase the transformation!
