Just waiting on the heater to be delivered, and once that’s in, the final touches can move quickly. If all goes as expected, everything should be completed by the end of this week or early next week. From there, it’s full steam ahead to order the new appraisal, finalize the cash-out refi, and get everything paid off ASAP. Everything’s coming together, and it’s about to fall perfectly into place.
