Refinancing options are being explored, though discussions with Renay have not yet occurred. The realtor is running new comps to prepare the property for listing. There were some delays due to a GC emergency out of state, which led to hiring subcontractors for certain tasks. Despite this, the project remains on budget and is close to being finished.

The Oak property is nearing completion, with significant progress made on all major planned renovations. Remaining tasks include installing the LVP flooring, completing the shower surround in the main bathroom, applying a final coat of paint, and adding another layer of polyurethane on the hardwood floors. No current issues or delays are impacting the project, and the budget remains on track. Discussions with a realtor are underway regarding listing the property on the market within the next couple of weeks, though holding the property remains an option pending a review of the numbers alongside other ongoing projects and assets currently listed. Photos and videos documenting recent progress are being compiled and will be shared promptly via email or file transfer to share with the PML.
