They are almost finished with the exterior of the property. For the interior, all the junk has been removed, and all the damaged flooring has been taken up. A key milestone that has been completed is the exterior work, which is now done. Fortunately, there have been no issues or delays with the rehab process. The next significant action will involve remodeling both bathrooms and the kitchen. In terms of budget management, they are doing well and staying on track. Additionally, he mentioned that he sent photos to you, dated October 22nd, to share with the PML.

The borrower mentioned they’re almost done with the entire exterior. They’re still working on the deck, but the roof is finished, the brick has been fixed, and the gutters are all replaced. Inside, the demo is complete, and next up is drywall along with prepping the bathrooms.
One thing to note: they went ahead and bought a new water heater out of pocket, but aside from that, everything is still on budget and moving forward smoothly.
