Contractors have remained consistent and punctual, helping to maintain momentum and alignment with the project timeline. Budget adherence remains on track, with no overruns reported at this stage. While no delays have occurred to date, updated progress photos and a walkthrough video are scheduled to be provided next week to further illustrate the ongoing development. Overall, the project remains well-positioned for continued progress in the coming weeks.

Rehab is officially underway, and things are already moving! The early stages are all about getting everything prepped and ready for the big transformations ahead. No permits are needed, which makes the process smoother. The estimated timeframe for completion is about 90 days. The next big step is listing the property on the market.
