Tiling and interior painting have been completed as planned, and the project itself is now 100% finished. The only work happening at this point is a few final touches in preparation for the listing photos, which will capture the completed rehab. With that in place, the property is set to go on the market right away. It’s a clean handoff stage, moving from construction and updates into the marketing phase, which signals strong momentum toward a successful sale.

The borrower is targeting to complete the project between August 29 and September 5. As of yesterday, the crew started tiling all bathrooms and the kitchen, along with painting the interior. The new bathroom is already done, hardwood floors are finished, exterior painting is complete, and Phase 1 of landscaping is in place.
